With over 10 years experience working within the NHS, R-Outcomes has a thorough understanding of the landscape in which their clients operate. Tim Benson has been working closely with many NHS organisaitons during this time and has recently been joined by Andrew, Jess and Joe all of who support R-Outcomes to deliver what matters.
Tim Benson founded R-Outcomes and led the development of the R-Outcomes tools. Awarded HSJ top 50 innovator 2014; member of techUK Health and Social Care Council 2014-15, Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS); honorary position at UCL. Author of Principles of Health Interoperability SNOMED CT HL7 and FHIR. 3rd edition with Grahame Grieve (Springer, 2016). GP computing pioneer, responsible for Read Codes, first convenor of CEN European working group on health interoperability standards.

Andrew is a specialist health consultant working with health and care organisations and systems to develop and implement sustainable strategies. He leads the evaluation of a number of new models of care, including Vanguard systems. He became a fan of the R-Outcomes measures by using them.
He is Visiting Professor of Health Care Management at Royal Holloway University of London and chair of the Advisory Board for the School of Management.
Prior to this he spent 10 years as a Chief Executive of NHS acute hospital Trusts. The last 6 years were spent at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals where he led the organisation to Foundation Trust status. He joined the NHS as a management trainee after University.
Jessamy Done is an experience project and programme manager who has worked extensively within both the NHS and private sector. Jess has recently started working with R-Outcomes to support their business development and client management.
Joe Sladen has experience working across a range of functions within the NHS, as an analyst, performance manager, operational manager and in service evaluation. Most recently, Joe has joined R-Outcomes to enhance the analytic and intelligence capability of R-Outcomes.
