Diabetes Digital Coach

The Diabetes Digital Coach is an NHS Testbed project to help people with diabetes better self-manage their condition. R-Outcomes has contributed to the evaluation work using its patient-reported outcome measures.

East Midlands Academic Health Science Network

Working with EMAHSN, R-Outcomes will use its staff-reported outcome measures to track changes in staff perceptions of their service and working environment in up to 30 care homes.

Oxford Learning Disability Services

R-Outcomes is working with Oxford Learning Disability service to monitor feedback from people with learning disabilities and their carers

Isle of Wight NHS Trust

An innovative commissioner for who have used the patient and staff measures to evaluate a number of new services and care models. R-Outcomes are now used as commissioning outcomes for a range of services.

Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead

Have been using R-Outcomes to understand the impact that their short term support and rehabilitation service, part of their better care fund service improvements.

Runnymede Practice

Are our primary care partner, working with us to develop our carer measures and ways of R-Outcomes into the day to day running of General Practice.

Bupa Care Services

R-Outcomes surveyed all care home residents of Bupa care services in almost 400 care homes in UK, Australia and New Zealand, collecting the views of both residents and staff.

Bath and NE Somerset CCG (BaNES)

  1. Staff and residents in 17 care homes within the BaNES area used R-Outcomes measures to monitor resident experience in care homes
  2. In a separate project, GPs community and hospital staff collected R-Outcomes data for people with heart failure, demonstrating large differences in severity between the three groups.

Staffordshire County Council

This project set out to demonstrate the practicality and value of routine collection by care home residents of their health status and experience in 15 care homes.
